A Day in The Life of a Service Repair Technician

As a Service Repair Technician, you will operate on site at customer locations and provide equipment installation and repair, diagnose equipment problems, and train employees. You will be in charge of identifying issues and presenting solutions.

  • Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for service and repair
  • Ensure items are tagged and calibrated and ready to use condition for rental equipment
  • Enter rental and repair orders in system
  • Provide on-site and in-house product demonstrations
  • Service and repair equipment
  • Expedite orders and follow up with customers relating to service orders
