Zanchin Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Receptionist to warmly greet customers, answer calls, and manage administrative duties at our Vaughan dealership. You will handle inquiries, process payments for services, and assist in scheduling vehicle maintenance, contributing to a high-energy, customer-focused team.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of receptionist or customer service experience, a secondary school diploma, and a proven ability to communicate professionally.

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• welcome customers visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
• review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
• perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input
• close repair orders and coordinate and process customer payments
• assist in scheduling customer vehicle service/maintenance appointment

About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
