Zanchin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor in Mississauga to provide frontline customer communications and service. You will sell recommended repairs, explain maintenance needs and costs, and liaise between customers and technicians to keep repairs on track.

The role requires 1–3 years in service/advising, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems. A dynamic, high-energy environment with growth potential awaits.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds)
• proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems
• ability to sell vehicle maintenance
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
• ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work

Base salary is $35,000 plus bonus plan; total compensation can vary from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, dependent on experience.

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to provide frontline customer communications and service for the department. Specifically:
