Zanchin Automotive Group, a network of 35+ dealerships, seeks an experienced Service Advisor to deliver frontline customer communications and service for the department. You will sell vehicle maintenance, liaise with technicians, and explain costs while building trust and professional rapport with clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service representative.

Responsibilities

• Sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between customer and service technician.

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Opportunity

As an integral part of the \"we can do that\" operation, this position is responsible to provide frontline customer communications and service for the department. Specifically:

• sell recommended and required vehicle repair/maintenance


• serve as the liaison between the customer and automotive service technician


• explain nature of vehicle maintenance and costs


• advise customers on how to look after the vehicle and stress the importance of maintenance


• schedule appointments; contact customers with vehicle repair status updates/follow-ups


• accurately prepare repair orders and invoices

About You

• 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Service Advisor or Sales/Customer Service Representative; automotive and/or dealership experience preferred


• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience


• proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds)


• proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems


• ability to sell vehicle maintenance


• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines


• strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)


• strong attention to detail; organized and strategic


• ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
