Job summary

Compugen Inc. is seeking a skilled Transition Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT service transition projects onboarding new customers into Managed Services.

You will manage the customer relationship, coordinate discovery workshops, and ensure a smooth handover into steady-state operations. The role requires 3–5 years of transition leadership in managed services, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading IT service transition and onboarding projects.
• Experience onboarding new services from contract signature to steady-state.
• Experience implementing operational support models and runbooks for newly transitioned services.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS Project.
• ITIL and PMP certifications are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service transition projects onboarding new customers and services into Managed Services.
• Manage the customer relationship as the single point of contact for escalations and communications.
• Lead discovery workshops with the customer, operations teams, and vendors.
• Plan and run knowledge transfer sessions, including shadowing to capture operational knowledge.
• Define and track service acceptance criteria and readiness deliverables.
• Oversee handover from incumbent provider to protect service continuity.
• Provide project leadership and drive collaboration for a robust support model.
• Create and maintain project controls: RAID, status reporting, project plan, forecasting, changes, budget.
