Job summary

Go Downtown Kia, part of Go Auto, is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Vancouver service team. You will greet customers, create and manage repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

This role offers salary plus commission and bonus, with strong potential for career development in a busy shop. Experience with CDK, PBS, Reynolds, Tekion, or other dealership management systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with CDK, PBS, Reynolds, Tekion, or other dealership management systems is considered an asset.
