Northern Roads Auto Group’s Cardinal Kia dealership in Niagara region is hiring a Service & Parts Advisor in a hybrid role that lets you advise customers, sell service and support parts solutions to speed up the experience.

You’ll work directly with customers to recommend maintenance and repairs, assist with parts recommendations and sales, and collaborate closely with technicians to deliver fast, accurate solutions.

The Opportunity

Our Service & Parts Advisors work directly with customers to:

• Recommend maintenance and repairs
• Assist with parts recommendations and sales
• Work closely with technicians to deliver fast, accurate solutions
• Provide customers with a complete service experience from start to finish

Instead of bouncing between departments, you control the customer experience.

The Facility

Our state-of-the-art Cardinal Kia service facility will feature:

• 16 mechanical service bays
• Full on-site body shop
• High-volume drive-through service reception
• Hunter Quick Check inspection technology
• Advanced diagnostic tools and service technology
• Canada’s first EV Canopy with 12 charging stations

This facility is being designed to support high production, modern diagnostics, and advisor success.

Compensation

$65,000 - $105,000+ annually
