Job summary

Nors Group in Red Deer, AB is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, ensuring safety, compliance, and alignment with company policies. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives while developing our team and delivering top customer satisfaction.

The role involves planning service needs, recruiting and developing staff, and driving performance metrics. Monday–Friday schedule, with a strong focus on mentorship and growth within the organization.

What's the challenge?

As the Service Manager, you play an integral role in managing the day‐to‐day operation of the service department in compliance with the company’s established policies and procedures. As well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety program. Working with the branch manager, you play a key role in attaining the company’s short and long‑term objectives. As part of the leadership team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

Position Outline

• Forecast and plan service requirements in conjunction with the Branch Manager

• Determine repair methodologies and job flows to maximize the efficiency of the service department, and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and department profitability
• Work Order Processing
• Measure department performance with appropriate metrics and achieve set goals
