Stingray Group in Montreal is seeking a dynamic Service Dispatch Coordinator for the Customer Support team to coordinate technician dispatches, manage work orders, and ensure timely service for Stingray Business clients.

The role requires bilingual French/English communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with Fridays from home is offered along with various employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of technicians (subcontractors) to ensure timely service resolution.
• Keep customers updated via telephone and email during case management.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors.
• Prepare quotes for out-of-warranty service replacements.
• Create, review and approve subcontractor Work Orders and Purchase Orders; verify invoices.

Our Customer Support team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Dispatch Coordinator to assist with the timely and efficient resolution of technical issues requiring technician visits for Stingray Business clients. If you possess strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously, we want to meet you!

Your day-to-day

• Coordinate the dispatch of technicians (subcontractors) and order equipment when applicable to ensure timely service case resolution
• Keep customers updated throughout the case management process via telephone and email
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with subcontractors
• Prepare quotes for out of warranty service replacements
• Create, review, and approve subcontractor Work Orders and Purchase Orders, and verify corresponding invoices

Your Qualifications

• Over 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Written and spoken proficiency in both French and English
• Strong organization skills, including time management
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proactivity and determination in completing tasks
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or NetSuite
