Job summary

Stingray Group in Montreal is seeking a dynamic Service Dispatch Coordinator for Stingray Business clients. You will coordinate the dispatch of technicians, manage purchases and quotes, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues with subcontractors.

Fluency in French and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role offers hybrid work options, a collaborative team, and opportunities to grow with Stingray.

• 2+ years in a similar dispatch/coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the dispatch of technicians (subcontractors) and order equipment to ensure timely service resolution.
• Keep customers updated via telephone and email throughout case management.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with subcontractors.
• Prepare quotes for out of warranty service replacements.
• Create, review, and approve subcontractor Work Orders and Purchase Orders, and verify invoices.

Your day‑to‑day

• Coordinate the dispatch of technicians (subcontractors) and order equipment when applicable to ensure timely service case resolution
• Keep customers updated throughout the case management process via telephone and email
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with subcontractors
• Prepare quotes for out of warranty service replacements
• Create, review, and approve subcontractor Work Orders and Purchase Orders, and verify corresponding invoices

Your Qualifications

• Over 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Written and spoken proficiency in both French and English
• Strong organization skills, including time management
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated proactivity and determination in completing tasks
