Stingray, a Montreal-based leader in music, media and technology, is seeking a Technical Specialist (Digital Signage) to be the escalation nucleus for our Customer Support team. The role focuses on resolving complex hardware/software issues related to digital signage platforms, including SoC and LED displays, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and documentation.
Fluency in French and English is essential, and we expect at least 2 years in a technical support role at Level 2.

Our Customer Support team (Stingray Business division), based in Montreal, is currently looking for a Technical Specialist (Digital Signage) who is motivated by a constantly evolving environment. You will be the go-to technical escalation point for our team of Customer Support Specialists (Level 1), responsible for resolving a high volume of complex requests related to our digital signage platforms.

Please note that your work schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., upon completion of your training period.
