Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is looking for a Service Desk associate who helps customers and internal teams manage orders from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery.

You will liaise between customers, Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot Associates, vendors, installers and third party agents, resolving issues and coordinating all order-related activities in partnership with delivery teams and service providers.

Qualifications

• Understanding of customer order management processes.
• Ability to liaise between customers, support centres, designers and vendors.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills to resolve order-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive products and services requested in a timely and accurate manner.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot Associates, vendors, installers and third party agents.
• Resolve issues, assess customer needs, coordinate all order related activities in partnership with the Project Support Centre, delivery companies, vendors and service providers in a timely and professional manner.
