The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Service Desk Associate to manage Customer Order Management (COM) orders from initiation to completion, ensuring customers receive the requested products and services promptly.

You will liaise with the Project Support Centre, designers, vendors and installers, resolving issues efficiently to guarantee a positive customer experience. This is a full-time role in Northwestern Ontario with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Familiarity with order processing and service workflows.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and track COM orders from start to finish.
