The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Service Desk Associate to ensure Customer Order Management orders are fulfilled end-to-end and to guide customers to the right solutions for their projects. You will liaise between customers, Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, Home Depot Associates, vendors and installers, resolving issues quickly and professionally to meet customer needs.

Service Desk associates are responsible for following through on all Customer Order Management (COM) orders from beginning to end and until the customer is satisfied including but not limited to special order, install and website orders.

The pay range for this position is between $20.10 - $21.85
