Job summary

Bulletproof Solutions Inc is seeking a Service Desk Technical Analyst 1 for a 6-month assignment in a hybrid model with 4 days onsite. Location options: Fredericton, NB or Moncton, NB or Halifax, NS.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering first-line technical support across LAN, desktop, and server devices, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. The role requires 2–3 years in a similar setting, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, and excellent customer

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar service desk role.
• College certificate/diploma in IT or equivalent.
• Strong Windows/Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities.
• Familiarity with ITIL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for technical/customer service support.
• Respond to incoming emails concerning technical issues.
• Deliver first line technical support professionally.
• Provide support for LAN, desktop, and server devices.
• Maintain enterprise Microsoft environments.
• Create and manage tickets using service desk software.
