Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service.
• 1 year experience working in a call center.
• Available day and evening – hours to be discussed.
• Experience in the automotive field is an asset.
• Bilingual, English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Receiving incoming calls, as well as calls from clients to schedule service appointments.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Conducting follow-up calls for the Service and Sales department.
