St. James Volkswagen in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, answer general inquiries about sales and service, and connect customers with the right department.

Your area of focus.

As a Service Coordinator in our bustling dealership, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. You will primarily handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, addressing general inquiries about sales and service, and connecting customers with the appropriate department or individual. A friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of dealership operations are essential for success in this fast-paced and customer-focused role.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $36,000 – $46,000 Salary. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's bonus program for this role, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
