You will serve as the primary contact for technicians and branches, handling parts inquiries, service support, order updates, and troubleshooting. Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent plus 1–2 years in inventory control, equipment, parts or service-related role.
• Intermediate Excel and advanced Outlook/calendar skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for technicians and branches across the company.
• Handle parts inquiries, service support, order updates, and troubleshooting via calls.
• Manage warranty claims and warranty replacement orders with manufacturers, ensuring timely approvals and processing.
• Provide follow-up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
