Henry Schein Canada, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to support day-to-day service operations for technicians and branches.

The role involves handling parts inquiries, service updates, and troubleshooting while ensuring timely warranty processing and coordination with manufacturers. The position is based at our Corporate Head Office in Niagara-on-the-Lake and offers hybrid work arrangements, a salary in the posted range, health benefits, and pension participation.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent.
• 1–2 years’ experience in inventory control, equipment, parts and/or service-related role.
• Intermediate Excel skills and advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent customer service.
• Experience with IFS, Astea or JDE is an asset.

Responsibilities

• The Service Coordinator is the point of contact for technicians and branches to support day-to-day service operations.
• Handle incoming calls for parts inquiries, service support, order updates and troubleshooting.
• Manage warranty claims and warranty replacement orders by coordinating with manufacturers for timely approvals and processing.
