Job summary

• 1–2 years’ experience in inventory control or service-related role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with service software is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Field calls from customers, technicians, and sales representatives and perform timely follow-up and response on all service requests.
• Assist with warranty/exchange tracking and reconciliation.
• Assist with parts requests and order.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of various service reports.
• Interface with vendors for parts pricing and delivery.
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required.
