Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Logistics and After-Sales Support Coordinator in Pointe-Claire to manage end-to-end delivery, installation coordination, and customer communication. You will work with an experienced team to ensure accurate estimates, orders, and on-time shipments.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive CAD salary ($55,000–$70,000), group insurance, RRSP, telemedicine, vacation, and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales support and logistics.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Bilingual English and French, written and spoken.
• ERP familiarity (ServiCentre is a plus).
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end process of prospecting at delivery/installation of equipment.
• Sales support: answer sales requests, prepare estimates, manage templates and shared mailbox.
• Logistics: coordinate deliveries, carriers, and subcontractors; create BOL vouchers.
• Maintain timely communications with clients and internal teams; optimize costs and timelines.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of prospecting at the delivery/installation of our equipment. Here is an overview of your main responsibilities.

Sales Support

• Answer the phone for sales requests
• Prepare machine estimates
• Manage the library of estimation models in OneDrive
• Place orders for the machines during the sale
• Update and coordinate price changes in the templates
• Manage the shared mailbox

Logistics

• Shop/validate delivery prices with different carriers
• Coordinate with the supplier and the client regarding deliveries and attempted dates installation
• Coordinate subcontractors in handling for heavy equipment
• Transport Planning: Coordinate and pickups and deliveries with carriers while optimizing costs and timelines.
• Create the bill of lading vouchers (BOL)

Qualifications

• You hold a DES; a DEP or a DEC is an asset
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• 3 years of experience in sales support and logistics.
• Experience in logistics with equipment of any format (up to 15,000 lbs) and an excellent command of the Microsoft suite.
• You handle stress well and know how to keep your composure
• You like to prioritize and move forward even during peak periods
• Bilingual (English and French) Spoken and Written
• English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
• You know ERP software, ServiCentre is a considerable asset
• Excellent computer skills, including the MS Office suite
• Good interpersonal skills
