Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. in Brampton is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to maintain daily records, manage parts and inventory, and coordinate repair and service activities.

You will handle inbound calls, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate billing and audit-ready documentation. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a coordination role, exposure to heavy trucks or automotive services, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year in a coordination role, preferably in service/repair.
  • Experience in Heavy Truck/Automotive industry is an asset.
  • Experience in ordering parts / parts coordination is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily records of repairs and delivery.
  • Handle inbound calls for internal and external repairs/ service.
  • Review expense reports from mechanics for approval.
  • Review open service work orders and ensure costs are accounted for.
  • Ensure real-time statuses on shop work.
  • Maintain receipts and stockroom records.
  • Manage inventory for telematics in system and on ground.
  • Prepare invoices for customers and processing deductions.
  • Work on OOS truck/trailer reports and follow up.
  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage or discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Manage truck/trailer parts inventory and order parts as needed.
  • Schedule parts installation and ensure correct billing.
  • Assist parts department with inventory counts.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Brampton office location.

Responsibilities-
  • Maintain and update daily records of repairs and delivery.
  • Handle and respond to inbound calls for both internal and external repairs/ service.
  • Review expense reports from mechanics for approval.
  • Review all open service work orders in the system and ensure all the costs have been accounted for.
  • Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Managing inventory for telematics in system and on ground.
  • Prepare invoices for customers and also send for deductions.
  • Working on OOS truck and trailer report and follow up with them.
  • Inspect deliveries for incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, damage or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisor
  • Work with a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively and efficiently with customers
  • Manage and track truck and trailer parts inventory and order parts as necessary.
  • Examine and inspect immediately.
  • Ensure compliance and accurate documentation for audit.
  • Review parts that are ordered in and schedule the trucks in to have the parts installed daily.
  • Enters order information correctly into the computerized service ordering system to ensure accurate billings including; ensuring all parts are billed out correctly on each line and work order.
  • Assist parts department in routine inventory count.

Requirements
