Stanley Black & Decker Canada Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Service Centre Associate in Edmonton, AB. You will deliver courteous service, manage warranty programs, and handle parts and tool orders while supporting branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is an asset.
• Effective communication skills required.
• Demonstrate strong sales and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete tasks in tight time frames.
• Working knowledge of computers, especially MS Office.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs.
• Ability to stand for 95% of your workday.
• Prior shipping/receiving experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all customers to maximize satisfaction.
• Administer warranty programs.
• Coordinate and follow up with customer parts and tool orders.
• Coordinate cash controls, returns, warranties, and paper routines to comply with internal audits.
• Maintain cleanliness standards.
• Open and close the branch, manage cash registers and computers.
• Assist with branch promotions and programs such as Drop Box with Branch Manager.
• Assist with shipping and receiving within the Branch.
• Maintain relationships with Field Representatives and Territory Managers to grow service business.
• Assist with occasional warehouse duties such as receiving and dispatching courier packages and general administration.

What You Will Get To Do

Who You Are
