Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Newfoundland is seeking an Industrial Construction Specialist (ICS) to act as the main field contact, delivering customer service, product knowledge, and sales expertise to end users, visiting job sites and tools cribs in the assigned region.

You will support the Sales Team at distribution events, develop new contacts, build relationships with End Users and internal Sales Force, coordinate top customer purchasing, and pursue new business within the region.

Qualifications

• College or University graduate.
• Experience in sales or marketing with a record of achievements and leadership.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work some weekends as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creativity and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.

What you get

• Anticipated compensation for this role is $50,000-$60,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to receive a discretionary sales incentive bonus which at target is equal to 15% of salary. All bonuses are subject to plan terms and are based on the achievement of defined objectives. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
