Job summary

Baton Rouge in Canada is hiring for bar staff. Training is provided on site, paid, with courses in Hygiene and Sanitation and Occupational Health and Safety, plus a mentoring program to help you find your way around.

You’ll learn to prepare and serve drinks, assist waiters, and maintain bar operations while following safety standards and stock control.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in French, leadership, integrity, stress management, autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve the different drinks.
• Prepare drinks for the waiters.
• Setting up the bar service.
• Apply the rules of hygiene, health and safety in the workplace.
• Follow the operating instructions and maintain the equipment.
• Ensure the constant cleanliness of the workstation.
• Respect stock rotation.
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, warehouses, and other storage areas in accordance with inventory rotation.
• Operate the glasswasher and store the glasses in the appropriate places.
• Execute all other tasks requested by the manager.

You don't have the necessary experience? Don't worry, we'll train you on site, and you’ll get paid for it.
