Job summary

Baton Rouge invites you to join our team in Canada. You will learn to prepare and serve drinks and food, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure hygiene and safety standards on the floor while building relationships with customers.

We offer on-site training even if you lack experience, paid during training, plus a mentoring program and courses in Hygiene and Sanitation, Occupational Health and Safety, as well as training on hazardous products and materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve the different drinks.
• Serve food.
• Prepare drinks for the waiters.
• Set up the bar.
• Be responsible for the cash register and inventory.
• Apply hygiene, health and safety rules in the workplace.
• Follow operating instructions and maintain equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of workstation.
• Respect stock rotation.
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators and storage areas per rotation policy.
• Operate the glasswasher and store glasses properly.
• Execute other tasks as requested by the manager.

You are of legal age, enjoy working with the public, building relationships, maintaining a conversation, developing your clientele, creating and serving cocktails, and food, all while following the standards. You want to evolve with a dynamic and professional team. You don't have the necessary experience? Don't worry, we'll train you on site, and you’ll get paid for it.
