Qualifications

• Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid OMVIC license.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong sales skills and commitment to meeting sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance or directions in showroom or lot.
• Generate positive impressions during shopping and buying experiences.
• Explain manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies to customers.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to arrival.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure smooth operations.
