Pfaff Automotive Partners in Mississauga, Ontario is hiring a Service Assistant to support the Porsche Service Centre. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding automotive experience with a strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork within a Fortune 500 network via Lithia & Driveway.

The position pays $17.95 per hour and requires a valid Ontario driver’s license, the ability to drive a manual transmission, and excellent English communication.

• Wash vehicles after service is complete.
• Bring customer vehicles to accessible parking for pickup.
• Perform other duties as required by the Service Manager.

We are searching for a customer-focused individual to join our Service Centre team as a Service Assistant. Primary Responsibilities

• Greets and directs customers to the appropriate personnel.
• Understands verbal work orders and instructions.
• Reads material such as detailed forms, standard memos or letters.
• Contacts porters to assist in daily tasks.
• Ensures the coffee area is fully stocked and clean.
• Fill customer vehicles with windshield washer fluid.
• Wash vehicles after the service has been complete.
• Bring customer vehicles to an accessible parking spot available for pick up.
• Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in automotive field is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
