Fountain Tire Salmon Arm is seeking a friendly and motivated Service Advisor to join our automotive team. You will manage work orders, quotes, and customer communication to ensure timely, quality service.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry.
Excellent listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations.
Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.
Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must.
A team player who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

Create work orders and arrange bookings and communicate them to technicians.
Provide service quotes and obtain customer authorization for work; finalize sales and follow up.
Make proactive calls to customers to gauge satisfaction with services.
Recommend tire services, specialty tire services, wheel and mechanical service to customers.
Ensure all products are billed accurately and input information into the computer system.
