Job summary

Toronto Kia is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team of customer focused professionals. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between the customer and our technicians, recommends required service and repairs, and handles scheduled maintenance requests.

The Advisor helps ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concern on the repair order and reviewing the work order with the customer at delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customer and technicians to ensure timely service.
• Document customer concerns accurately on the repair order and review the order with the customer at delivery.
• Provide service recommendations and handle scheduled maintenance requests when appropriate.

Acting as a liaison between the customer and our technicians, the Service Advisor recommends required service and repairs, handles scheduled maintenance service requests and sells additional services when appropriate. The Advisor helps to ensure the vehicle is fixed right the first time by accurately documenting the customer concern on the repair order and reviews the work order with the customer upon vehicle delivery.
