Go Downtown Kia in Vancouver, BC is seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service team. You will greet customers, manage repair orders, and guide the service process from intake to delivery.

This role emphasizes strong communication, ethical upselling, and building lasting customer relationships while coordinating with technicians and parts staff to keep work moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proven ability to build trust and recommend repairs ethically.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and team success.
• Experience with CDK, PBS, Reynolds, Tekion, or other dealership management systems is considered an asset.
