Job summary

London Kia, part of the AutoCanada network, seeks a Journeyman Automotive Technician to diagnose, test, and repair vehicles with a focus on safety and quality. You will mentor apprentices, ensure efficient workflows, and uphold OEM standards in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Provincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate required or in process.
• Red Seal Certification is an asset.
• Post-secondary program or related training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and repair vehicle systems per RO using diagnostic tools.
• Mentor apprentices and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
• Inspect brakes, fuel systems, engines, and other components for safety and performance.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
