What you’ll be doing :

  • Preparation and completion of Repair Orders in accordance with Manufacturer and Company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Clear and accurate documentation of specific customer concerns and requests for repairs or maintenance.
  • Following up with customers as necessary for inquiries, estimates, quotes, and providing regular progress updates.
  • Recommending scheduled repairs and maintenance services as necessary.
  • Liaising with technicians to confirm status of repairs.
  • Consistent and timely ongoing customer communication
  • Handle client concerns / misunderstandings with a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, efficient, professional and presentable work station.
  • Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Remain up to date on all Toyota University training courses as required
  • Provide a customer experience in alignment with Company and Manufacturer standards and guidelines.

What we need from you :

  • Three years prior experience in a Service Advisor role, or similar, is required
  • Prior history with Toyota is considered an asset
  • Prior experience with CDK and X-Time is considered an asset
  • Automotive knowledge required for effective customer communication
  • Superior customer service abilities in a large fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide consistently excellent customer satisfaction
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract.
