Job summary

Drive Autogroup's Morningside Nissan in Toronto is seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing team. You will coordinate the service process and assist customers, ensuring a smooth experience from intake to delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in the automotive industry, is organized and reliable, with a confident customer approach. CDK experience and strong communication are a plus for delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive industry.
• Confident approach with customers to understand their needs.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional phone handling experience.
• Experience with CDK is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problem.
• Meet & greet customers in-person or via the phone.
• Provide recommendations for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Follow all organizational safety standards.
• Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
• Position involves sitting for long periods and use of office equipment.

The Service Advisor is a key member of the Service team responsible for coordinating the service process and experience by assisting customers. Responsibilities
