Job summary

Chenier Motors in Timmins, Ontario is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our Mining Division, with opportunities to grow. You will professionally greet customers, schedule service, write repair orders, and keep clients informed about vehicle progress.

We offer flexible hours (8 or 10 hour days), relocation assistance for qualified candidates, signing bonus, benefits after 90 days, and ongoing training for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Developing positive relationships with customers and staff.
• Reliability in attendance.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Comfort communicating with customers by phone, email and face to face.
• Bilingual preferred (French/English).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, Professionally greeting all customers in a friendly and courteous manner, Scheduling service appointments, Writing repair orders and conducting the walk around process, Following progress throughout the appointment and updating customers on their vehicles progress, Preparing estimates, Preparing customer invoices, Reviewing completed work and customers invoices.

Requirements include, Developing positive relationships with all customers and staff, Have reliability in attendance and have a strong customer focus, Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, Must be an comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email and face to face. Bilingual preferred(French/English), Ontario Drivers licence required.
