Job summary

Ile-Perrot Toyota, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is hiring a Service Advisor / Technical Advisor. The role emphasizes greeting clients, opening and closing work orders, and determining repair needs to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requires 1 year minimum in a similar role, strong sales and communication skills, and bilingual French/English capabilities to serve all clients. Serti and SDS software knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a service/technical advisor or in a similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines.
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent skills in sales, organization, and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards.
• Ability to communicate in French and English (to serve our English-speaking clients).
• Knowledge of Serti and SDS software (a strong asset).

Responsibilities
