Job summary

Acura Pickering, a part of Drive Autogroup, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their growing team. The Service Advisor coordinates the service process and experience by assisting customers and greeting them in-person or over the phone.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in automotive service, is organized, reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Experience with CDK is a plus, and the role requires adaptability for evening and weekend shifts and sitting

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Experience in automotive industry preferred
• Confident approach with customers to understand their needs
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional phone handling experience

Responsibilities

• Schedule and arrange efficient and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
• Meet & greet customers in-person or via the phone
• Experience with CDK
• Make repair & preventative maintenance recommendations
• Follow up with customer's to ensure their expectations were met/exceeded
• Follow all organizational safety standards
• Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
• Position involves sitting for long periods of time
• Involves the use of office equipment and computers for long periods of time
