Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Service Advisor for the 401 Dixie Volkswagen location in Mississauga. This role focuses on front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department, with responsibilities from greeting customers to recommending repairs and scheduling appointments.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to explain repairs clearly.

Qualifications

• CDK experience preferred.
• An aptitude for customer relations/service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to sell required maintenance.
• Ability to work as a part of a TEAM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
