Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Markham is hiring a Service Advisor at Markham Kia to join Canada’s largest automotive group. This front-line role focuses on delivering an extraordinary customer experience and guiding customers through service options.

Pay rate is $60,000 per year. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling service, providing repair recommendations, explaining repairs, and selling labour while upholding our values of excellence and integrity.

Qualifications

• CDK experience preferred.
• An aptitude for customer relations/service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to sell required maintenance.
• Ability to work as a TEAM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
