Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is actively seeking a Service Advisor to join the team at 401 Dixie Volkswagen. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving service department sales.

You will greet customers, explain repairs, schedule appointments, and promote maintenance services to ensure a positive dealership experience. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 CAD annually, with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• CDK experience preferred.
• Aptitude for customer relations/service.
• Ability to sell required maintenance.
• Ability to work as a part of a TEAM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department.
• Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
• Explaining the nature of repairs
• Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
