Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Receptionist at 401 Dixie Volkswagen in Mississauga. The role involves telephone communications, greeting customers, vehicle licensing, and handling dealership administration.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor. Two years of reception experience, dealership exposure, and CRM experience are preferred. Monday to Friday with possible Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner
• Organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
• Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
• Two years of reception experience, or equivalent
• Dealership experience preferred
• One-Eighty or customer relationship management system experience preferred
• Must be available Monday to Friday with Saturdays shifts as needed
• Licensing experience required
