Job summary

Camions Excellence Peterbilt is seeking a Service Advisor for the evening shift in Laval. You will welcome customers, identify needs, schedule appointments, and manage work orders.

You will communicate progress, prepare POs, and use the Decisiv system to coordinate repairs and estimates. The role requires strong customer service, basic mechanical knowledge, and bilingual communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset).
• Bilingualism: fluent spoken French and English (an asset).
• Computer skills.
• Effective prioritization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs, and schedule appointments.
• Open, review, and close work orders.
• Follow up on repairs and communicate with customers.
• Prepare purchase orders (POs).
• Manage the schedule and use the Decisiv system.
• Present and sell estimates, and explain the work to be performed.

Service Advisor | Evening Shift

Salary: Starting at $22.55/hour

Shift Premium: $3.00/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Workplace : Laval
