Fairway Honda in Corner Brook, NL, is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and our certified technicians, owning the service experience from start to finish.

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess vehicles, provide estimates, and coordinate appointments.

• Listen to customer concerns and handle each situation appropriately.
• Verify warranty and service coverage and explain options clearly.
• Develop accurate service estimates including parts, labor, and materials.
• Prepare detailed repair orders documenting symptoms and technician recommendations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and keep customers informed at every step.
• Keep up with manufacturer training as needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting customers, assessing vehicles, providing estimates, and coordinating appointments.
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience, welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Listen actively to customer concerns and handle each situation appropriately.
• Verify warranty and service coverage, ensuring customers understand their options clearly.
• Develop accurate service estimates, communicating costs for parts, labor, and materials.
• Prepare detailed repair orders - documenting vehicle symptoms, necessary services, and technician recommendations.
• Maintain strong customer relationships – keep the customer in the know every step of the way!
• Keep up with any manufacturer training on an as need basis.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in automotive setting an asset, strong customer service experience a must!
• Professional and friendly, with a customer-first mindset with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract
