Job summary

Levitt-Safety in Saskatoon is seeking a Service Coordinator to help keep our service operations running smoothly both in the office and on the shop floor.

You will schedule service calls, assist technicians, manage orders and records, and ensure accurate invoicing and documentation while delivering excellent customer service across touchpoints. A hands-on, team-first mindset and comfort with fast-paced systems are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination, or administration.
• Exposure to warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory is an asset.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working across systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, team-first mindset - you’re willing to jump in where needed.
