Levitt-Safety is looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the mining & industrial sector.

This role is ideal for a business development professional who thrives in complex, relationship-driven sales environments and is excited to learn and operate within heavy industrial settings.

You’ll work closely with mines, OEMs, and heavy equipment dealers - positioning Levitt-Safety as a trusted partner in protecting people, equipment, and operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and close long-cycle service agreements, including preferred service partnerships and embedded technician models
  • Expand Levitt-Safety’s footprint in accounts where we have limited or no service presence

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Partner with regional sales and service teams to grow both service and product opportunities
  • Deliver value through audits, training, and operational insights to position Levitt-Safety as a trusted advisor
  • Stay current on mining industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Represent Levitt-Safety at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
What Success Looks Like

  • Convert pipeline into signed service agreements
