Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Ottawa is seeking a Roofing Service Account Manager to drive client relationships and grow our service portfolio on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will engage with clients, understand roofing needs, and lead proposals and service delivery.

The role requires a diploma in Architectural Technology or Civil Engineering Technology and 3–5 years in related construction roles, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a similar construction-related program.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a construction-related role such as Estimating, Project Management, or Project Coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Actively generate new business.
• Conduct frequent client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Attend local networking and industry events.
• Identify client needs and recommend roofing service solutions.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and service solutions.
• Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Follow up on quotes, tenders, and opportunities to close business.
• Collaborate with local and national teams to support key accounts.
• Support light project management and coordination of service work.
• Manage a flexible schedule that supports ongoing relationship-building and business development.

This position is Monday-Friday, with flexibility required to support client needs.

Requirements
