Flynn Group of Companies in Brandon, MB, is seeking a Roofing Service Account Manager. This is a relationship-driven, client-facing role focused on growing Flynn's roofing service portfolio and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

You will manage a flexible schedule, conduct client meetings and site visits across Brandon and rural Manitoba, and collaborate with operations and national account teams to support customer needs.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience is required.
• Sales, account management, or business development experience is required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and grow Flynn's roofing service portfolio.
• Conduct frequent client meetings, site visits, and presentations throughout Brandon and rural Manitoba.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing service solutions.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, takeoffs, and work orders.
• Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with local operations and national account teams to support customer needs.
• Attend networking, industry, and community events to build brand awareness and relationships.
• Manage a flexible schedule that supports ongoing relationship-building and business development.

This position is Monday-Friday, with flexibility required to support client needs.

• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend roofing service solutions

• Experience preparing estimates, proposals, takeoffs, and work orders is considered an asset

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications is considered an asset

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and obtain client-required site security clearances
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
