The role requires 3–5 years of estimating experience in commercial roofing and strong skills in communication, negotiation, and business development. You will prepare takeoffs, estimates and work orders, and support marketing initiatives and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of estimating experience in the commercial roofing industry required.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (new construction, re-roofing, service and maintenance).
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam or similar estimating/document management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to client service, business development and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Victoria Branch (located at 6836 Kirkpatrick Crescent, Saanichton BC). Flynn is the Leading Building Envelope Commercial Contractor in North America, with 6000+ employees and 38 branches. The Account Manager works with an amazing team in our Service Division supporting a wide array of projects and customers.

A Day In The Life

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business.

What We Are Seeking

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in the commercial roofing industry.
