A Day in the Life
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business
  • Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn's brand
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions
  • Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings
  • Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement
  • Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives
What You Bring
  • Experience in a construction environment; Service Roofing or Sales experience is considered an asset
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with strong time management abilities
