Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Service Account Manager in our Victoria Branch to build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with local and national teams, and drive service opportunities in roofing.

You will read plans, prepare estimates, and present solutions to clients while supporting marketing and business development initiatives. This on-site role offers a competitive package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of estimating experience in commercial roofing.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including new construction, re-roofing, and service/maintenance.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Victoria Branch (located at 6836 Kirkpatrick Crescent, Saanichton BC). Flynn is the Leading Building Envelope Commercial Contractor in North America, with 6000+ employees and 38 branches. The Account Manager works with an amazing team in our Service Division supporting a wide array of projects and customers.

A Day In The Life

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business.

What We Are Seeking

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including new construction, re-roofing, and service and maintenance work. Service and maintenance experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Local market knowledge is preferred.
• Experience using Bluebeam or similar estimating and document management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to client service, business development, and team collaboration.
